BioI used to write all the time, but being really busy keeps me from doing so as much as I would like. I'm starting this up in attempts to rectify the situation.
I'm a student at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago in the Baking and Patisserie program. I can turn out some mean desserts, and I have no problem skipping the main course to get to something sweeter.
While I'm in school, I also hold down a 9 to 5 job at the Chicago Reader, the largest free weekly alternative newspaper in the city.
